Novo Nordisk’s management structure is organised around functional areas:

Novo Nordisk has production sites in Denmark, France, the US, China and Brazil, and research and development facilities in Denmark, China and the US.

Operations are organised into four regions:

Europe (regional main office in Zurich)
North America (regional main office in Princeton)
Japan & Oceania (regional main office in Tokyo)
International Operations (regional main office in Zurich).

The company has affiliates in 79 countries and markets its products in 179 countries.
